Yoga and Pilates will be provided during the early morning and evenings hours
as well as private Reiki
Tuesday evenings will be reserved as "Workshop" nights
for anyone interested in teaching an evening workshop
color/design night, health/wellness night, keto lifestyle workshop,
the possibilities are endless - share your ideas and suggestions with us!!
